However, the cost of Staging a home is a lot less than a price reduction. Because your home is probably your biggest investment, Staging would maximize your return on investment and protect your equity. Most buyers who come to a Staged house are potential prospects and your house probably already meets the buyer's general criteria.  In today's much more competitive real estate market, having your home Staged by an expert who does this for a living is imperative. How do we do what we do?

Staging is about creating a possible lifestyle that appeals to the largest number of potential home buyers. Because homes are purchased based on emotions - love at first sight - Staging gives you a captive audience. Staging is making a home "showing ready" and this is how we do it:

  • a thorough room-by-room assessment of the home's strong points and trouble spots
  • create a fresh, picture-perfect look for your home, apartment or office

  • Interior Redesign (the new interior design)

    ...is the placement of existing/new furniture and accessories to create aesthetically beautiful and functional spaces.  We accomplish this by incorporating the following techniques:

    • rearrange and organize furniture
    • color consultation & selection
    • client shopping for bedding, furnture, accent pieces
    • de-clutter & re-accessorize
    • window treatments; enhance curb appeal, etc.
    • reconfiguring interior & exterior spaces (i.e. kitchens, bathrooms, patios,floors)

      We are capable of completing projects successfully, on time and professionally.

  • Pricing

    The size of the house, how much of the work you (client) are willing to do yourself, and the price of your house determines the cost of staging or redesigning your home.  At the end of a 2-hour consultation (limit one hour), we will present you with a checklist to get your house "market ready" or recommendations to give your home a fresh new look!

    Home Staging - consultation fee: $75/hr.

    Furnished home - fees start from $600 (full day)

    Vacant house - from $400 (full day) plus the cost of rental furniture and accessories.  

    Interior Redesign - for the homeowner looking to give his/her home a fresh, picture-perfect look, our modest fees start from $125 per hour for professional advice and expertise on your ideas for redesigning/redecorating your space.

    Client Shopping Service fees: $75/hr

    Curb Appeal: $50/hr
