Staging is about creating a lifestyle that appeals to the largest number of potential home buyers. Because purchasing a home is mostly based on buyer's emotions - or love at first sight - Staging gives you a captive audience. Staging is improving and updating your home to sell faster and for more money, and this is how we do it:

  • Pricing

    The size of the house, how much of the work you (client) are willing to do yourself, and the price of your house determines the cost of staging or redesigning your home.  At the end of a 2-hour consultation (limit one hour), we will present you with a checklist to get your house "market ready" or offer recommendations to give your home a fresh new look!

    Real Estate Staging - consultation fee: $75.00

    Furnished home - from $650 (full day)

    Vacant house - from $450 (full day) plus the cost of rental furniture and accessories  

    Interior Redesign - for the homeowner looking to give his/her home a fresh, picture-perfect look, our modest fees start from $125 per hour or $475 per room for professional advice and expertise incorporating your ideas for redesigning or redecorating your space.

    Client Shopping Service fees: $75/hr

    Curb Appeal: $150/hr
